Receive immediate access to your course as soon as you’ve enrolled!
Once we’ve received your enrolment details, you’ll be enrolled as a new student and allocated your own personal tutor. As soon as your tutor has been allocated, your welcome letter and course will be available instantly online. If you paid via debit/credit card, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all your course details. Please check your email and let us know ASAP if any of your enrolment details are incorrect.
If you paid by bank transfer, please send us an email at info@brighter-learning.co.uk or use the contact form to confirm your details. This is vital if your spouse or a friend paid using their bank account, as we need to be told who the student is. The banks do not provide us with telephone numbers either, so you’ll need to provide us with this information as well.
If you used a debit or credit card to pay for either your first instalment or the deposit for your course, the college will take the agreed balance on the agreed date automatically. If you used a bank transfer we will send you a reminder a few days before the payment date.
If you change your mind you get a no quibble refund on any course returned within 15 days.
